SEEC Data Dashboard launched
SEEC has developed and launched a Data Dashboard to monitor key data affecting South East local authorities.
Members see monitoring of trends as vital to inform SEEC’s work in making the case for the South East. The dashboard has been created to help SEEC and its member local authorities:
- Understand strategic issues and trends affecting their areas and
- Influence government policy and investment decisions on these key issues, taking account of how South East councils are faring compared to other areas of the country.
The Dashboard covers six topcis:
- Economy and employment
- Housing and infrastructure
- Public finance and grants
- Demography
- Migration
- Environment.
The Dashboard will be updated regularly. Read the first edition of SEEC’s Data Dashboard(July 2011).
