SEEC employs a small secretariat of three staff. This reflects members' commitment to keep costs and bureaucracy to a minimum.
SEEC also hosts a specialist migration post that is fully funded by the UK Borders Agency to manage the South East Strategic Partnership for Migration (SESPM). This post incurs no costs for SEEC members.
