Councillors from across the South East have re-elected Paul Carter as Chairman of South East England Councils (SEEC). Cllr Gordon Keymer (Leader of Tandridge DC) was elected Deputy Chairman and Cllr Paul Watkins (Leader of Dover DC) elected Secretary.
