SEEC's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 July. This is the opportunity for SEEC members to elect Chairman and Executive members for the coming year.

• Proposals for changing local government finance to achieve a fairer system
• The role of BIS local
• Reports from SEEC's member task & finish groups on Europe and creating a South East Data dashboard
• SEEC subscriptions and business plan.
