South East Council’s Chair Cllr Nicolas Heslop and Deputy Chair Cllr Paul Bettison OBE have written to congratulate the new Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities The Rt Hon Greg Clark MP on his appointment.
The recently published Spring 2022 South East 1,000 Monitor, the largest and most authoritative regular survey of councillor, business and public opinion in the region – was brought to his attention.
South East Councils wishes the new Secretary of State the best in the weeks and months ahead and is ready to work with him to make the South East an even better place to live, work and do business – and help to ensure that the Government’s levelling up agenda is a success.
