South East Councils (SEC) has written to the new Shadow Exchequer Secretary.
Tan Dhesi MP has taken up his role following a promotion by Leader of the Labour Party Sir Keir Starmer in his recent reshuffle of his Shadow Cabinet.
The letter congratulates him on his appointment and brings to his attention that SEC will be considering appropriate fiscal levers for financial devolution in our proposed South East Finance Commission (SEFC) expected to report early next year.
SEC looks forward to working with the new Shadow Exchequer Secretary.
