SEC Raises Levelling Up in the South East with New Levelling Up Minister

South East Councils (SEC) has written to the new Levelling Up Minister Jacob Young MP. The Minister took up the role following the resignation of Dehenna Davison MP, who also announced that she no longer intends to stand as an MP at the next General Election.
